Shipping & Return Policy

& for choosing my art.

Your item(s) will be mailed as soon as possible, typically within 2 – 3 days after your order is completed. It will be packaged safely so it arrives to you in the same condition as when it leaves here. To keep shipping simple and reasonable, a flat rate of $2.45 will be charged for your first item, regardless of US destination. For each additional item purchased in an order, you will be charged an additional .20 (twenty cents). This shipping schedule will be the same for all items. Example: If you purchase five items, regardless of the combination of items, your shipping costs will be $2.45 plus four times .20, for a total of $3.25. Most items are shipped Priority mail with the USPS, which includes a tracking number. As soon as your package ships, you will be sent the tracking information.

I am happy to ship outside the continental US but different shipping charges will apply and will depend on the destination, customs, duties, fees and taxes, if applicable.  Please contact Janice@StripyArms.com to inquire about international shipping.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please open your package as soon as possible upon receipt. If there is a problem, please contact me right away but certainly notify me within 14 days. If your purchase needs to be returned, you will be refunded within seven days for the cost of your purchase and depending on what you bought, I will most likely take care of return shipping. That will be determined on an individual basis.

My intention is for you to be 100% satisfied with your entire experience and if you aren’t, I will do my best to make it right.

I am located in Missouri. If you are also in Missouri, you will automatically be charged the applicable sales tax of 8.679%.
